| Project/Volunteer's Life: |
You’ll teach English but if you want to teach more subjects, e.g. Math, Science, Computers, you’re more than free to do so. You can start as an assistant and learn how local teachers go about doing their job or you can start on your own immediately. You’re encouraged to hold discussions and debates with the students as this can often lead to students understanding English better.
You can also get involved in sports. The students are usually aged between 6 and 16. You can choose which age group you want to teach. |
 |
| Skills and Qualification |
You must possess good English. We don’t demand teacher be a native English speaker as long as they have good grasp of English and teach grammar rules. You’ll also have to be flexible and open minded as you’ll encounter cultures and manners that aren’t what you’d expect back home. |
