Detailed Itinerary
Day One: Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
Leave the behemoth of Johannesburg behind for the sounds of nature. Enter Kruger Park to experience adventure of a lifetime. Witness 150 species of mammal, including Africa's famed Big Five, in Park's unrivalled wildlife variety. The Park also has staggering 507 bird species, plus wide variety of insects, reptiles and amphibians, making this the ultimate wildlife experience. You will board open safari vehicles and enjoy your first exciting game drive en-route to our camp, taking in the sheer beauty of the African bush along the way. After settling into camp, you enjoy a bushveld dinner around the campfire before venturing out into the bush as you track the creatures of the night on a late evening game drive.

Day Two: All day Kruger National Park
At the crack of dawn, set out. Be involved in a game drive that takes you to some of the best game drive routes within the Kruger Park, giving you the opportunity to view the varied landscapes, ecosystems and abundant wildlife. The entire day is spent game viewing, bird watching and stopping off at the various waterholes en-route to our Northern camp. Arrive back in time to freshen up before heading out on a Big 5 Game Walk or a Big Five Cycling Safari through the Kruger Park. These activities are accompanied by armed Kruger Park Rangers and give you the opportunity to experience the real Kruger. After an adventure filled day you return to camp and are greeted with the aroma of traditional bushveld cooking as you enjoy a braai (barbeque) around a log fire.

Day Three: Kruger National Park to Private Game Lodge
The day you will discover the Park's amazing ecosystem. Get up early for that and get yourself on a game drive. Enjoy breakfast at one of the picnic sites within the Park before continuing your game drive en-route through the Kruger.
Make your way out of the Park and head for a Private Safari Lodge in time for lunch. With the ever present views of the Drakensberg Escarpment in sight, you make our way to the Blyde River Canyon and enjoy a guided sunset cruise through the Canyon. You will return to the Lodge, where you will spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Enjoy traditional boma dinner around a log fire and learn about the stars of the African skies with a guided star talk.

Day Four: Private Game Lodge to Johannesburg
Start the last morning off with morning bush walk. The walk will be conducted by experienced and qualified rangers. Learn about birds, trees, spoor identification as the guide will lecture you on the details.
Enjoy breakfast and leave the Lodge. The return journey takes you through the Mpumalanga Province as you travel along the Drakensberg Escarpment to view the spectacular setting of the Three Rondawels overlooking the Blyde River Canyon. You will then continue your journey en-route to Johannesburg , arriving in the late afternoon.
