Peru Conservation ProjectThe tour takes you to some of the best preserved Incan ruins, and valleys and cradles where Incan civilization flourished. Cusco was the nerve center of the Incan Empire. At over 3000 meters, Cusco provides wonderful nature and many fascinating Incan sites.

The tour then takes you to the lush Sacred Valley with interesting places like Pisac market and Ollantaytambo, the Incan fortress. Finally wind your tour with the visit to Machu Picchu, the place where 'gods became mountains'.

Price: US$ 720 ONLY for Rustic Volunteers and Travel

Dates: Will be fixed by In-country coordinator (most likely at the end or middle of participant's respective volunteer program)

  • English speaking guide
  • Hotel in Cusco and Machu Picchu
  • Some meals (please see itinerary)
  • Transfer Cusco hotel to Cusco train station
  • Round-trip train to/from Cusco and Machu Picchu
  • Round-trip bus to/from Machu Picchu and Aguas Calientes
