In India, people have a very limited knowledge pertaining to HIV/AIDS. Many impoverished people in India are not educated enough to understand the causes of AIDS and how it is transmitted. In Delhi, various organizations are working to improve HIV/AIDS awareness, education, and care of HIV-infected patients. In partnership with local NGO’s, Rustic Volunteer Travel works to provide volunteers help improve HIV/AIDS awareness, education, and care of HIV-infected patients.
