Rustic feels proud of its international coordinators. Our coordinators on average possess four years of experience working with international volunteers/travelers The in-country coordinators we use for Rustic are all mature, responsible adults, who are well seasoned in the travel industry; providing a hospitable environment and an amazing experience. We carefully screened and hand chose all of our coordinators based on their skills as a leader and how well they can work with young people in maximizing their program benefits.
